Coffee Roaster

A company who was already manufacturing a great product decided to take their entire product line to the next level. They contracted me to migrate their line of Infrared Coffee Roasters into a high-tech and accurate set of 3D CAD files that would enable them to streamline their production process, improve manufacturability, ensure interchangeability of parts, and increase their profit margins. I was able to take the beautiful swept and curved shapes of many of their components and translate them into files that could easily be flattened and precision cut to shape. I was also able to improve their design in many places and in the end give them the best product that they had ever produced. At Kuhl Products we take great pride in making good products better.
