Twin Turbo System

The design of this Twin Turbo System for Wrenchrat Inc. was truly one of the most fun projects I have ever undertaken. There were several objectives. We wanted to created a system that was compact, so much so that it was almost universal. The headers were routed up over the vale covers to save space and yet the valve covers are still easily removable. Despite the upward header routing there is still enough clearance below the hood that it fits most cars without even affecting the paint with heat. The down pipes are routed between the headers and the heads to provide an ultra-compact overall width that accommodates easy access to spark plugs and is friendly to plug wires too. This special down pipe routing is one of the biggest claims in the patent. The entire system is not only engineered to maximize horsepower with its equal length tubes, and tri-Y configuration, but is also constructed from polished stainless-steel and is very aesthetically pleasing. We make more power for less money than anyone out there, and look better doing it!
